All sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise and are happy to work with you to make things right.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If your order arrives damaged, or if you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us at info@pinkhousealchemy.com within 30 days of purchase.

For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can properly assess the issue.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Reason for request must be due to product damage or dissatisfaction

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Refund Processing

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
