We were trying to make the best hot honey we'd ever tasted. Coffee was the test. If it worked there, we knew it worked everywhere. We start with Ozark-sourced honey and gently infuse it with arbol chiles, cassia cinnamon, and whole vanilla beans. The result is rich and floral with a slow, lingering heat.
