There’s nothing like a long weekend to make a craft cocktail and enjoy the small things in life. We hope you all have a safe, socially-distanced Labor Day weekend. To kick it off we’ve rounded up our favorite holiday weekend cocktails! 

pH Lavender French 75 Cocktail

Lavender French 75

2 oz gin

1 oz pH Lavender Syrup

1 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain into champagne flute or coupe glass. Float with champagne. Garnish with thick lemon twist.

pH Hummingbird Cocktail

Hummingbird

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz pH Lavender Syrup

  • 2 oz vodka

  • soda water

  • lemon slice for garnish

Combine lemon juice, lavender syrup, and vodka over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slice. *leave out the vodka for a delicious mocktail.

Hibiscus Rose Paloma 

Combine ingredients over ice and stir to combine. 

pH Tonic Cocktail

pH Tonic

Combine and serve over ice, top with soda water (our fav is Topo Chico).

pH Pirate's Gospel Cocktail

Pirate’s Gospel

Shake and strain onto fresh sonic ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

pH Ginger Mule Cocktail

Ginger Mule

Combine ingredients over ice. Top with soda water, stir to combine, and garnish with a lime wheel. 

pH Sarsaparilla Old Fashioned Cocktail

Sarsaparilla Old Fashioned

2 oz bourbon 

.5 oz pH Sarsaparilla Syrup

2-3 dashes pH Sarsaparilla Bitters

Combine and stir with ice. Strain and serve over ice with a thick slice orange rind.

Spicy Michelada

  • 1 can of Tecate

  • 10 shakes pH Smoldered Bitters

  • 5 oz Knudsen's Very Veggie Juice, Spicy!

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 2 drops ghost pepper sauce

Rim glass with lime salt. Mix all ingredients together (except beer). Pour mix into pint glass. Top with Tecate. Stir and garnish with lime.
